Integral Care is committed to enabling those they support to live safely and independently for as long as possible. This is important, because we understand that:
> Home is a place of emotional and physical associations, memories and comfort.
> A familiar environment can be therapeutic, and can also contribute to recovery.
> Being at home can keep some elements of life consistent in the face of changing circumstancesRemaining at home allows for loved ones to visit, without schedules or rules.
In 2017, we were awarded "Good" in our CQC report, which is a testament to the hard work of our fantastic team who work hard every day to provide the best care possible.

We offer a free face to face assessment, so that you can get to know us better. We'll discuss your needs and preferences, and together we'll create a bespoke care plan that outlines how we will support you to achieve the goals that you have identified, and we'll agree on the days and times of your care visits.

We will match you with carers who are available to come and see you at the days and times that work for you, and they will introduce themselves before your care package begins. You'll be invited to have instant access to your care records, and we'll check in after two weeks to see how things are going.
