Respite care provides temporary relief for an informal carer, enabling you to take a much-needed break from the demands of your caring role. Knowing that a trained carer can step in and help can really help to take the weight off of your shoulders, to do the things that you enjoy and to rejuvenate.
If you're planning a short break, reach out to us and we'll discuss your requirements. We'll only step in to help for as long as you need, and we can usually offer respite care at short notice.
We also assist in emergencies where you urgently need to attend to other commitments - such as family emergencies or to last-minute work trips.
I really do appreciate the care afforded to my relative by Integral Care, and I am confident that the carers are all doing their best throughout this difficult time. The staff I have met during our visits are lovely, and they are definitely "on the ball". If anything is wrong, they quickly alert the relevant authority, whether it be the doctor, district nurse or the paramedics.
